My background spans federal wage-and-hour investigations, HR leadership, and hands-on people operations. I’ve seen how much it matters to have clear expectations, supported managers, and processes that work in practice.

I built BlueClaw HR to bring that experience to businesses that need an HR partner ready to help. That might mean working alongside the owner, backing up an existing HR team, or taking on the everyday work that keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

For construction, skilled trades, field services, and energy services businesses, the people side of the job has to work in the office and in the field. That’s the focus here.
